I wish to apply for an advanced motorcycle training course. I understand that I undertake this course at my own risk and that I am completely and absolutely responsible for my own riding whilst on this and any subsequent training course arranged by GRS Motorcycle Training Ltd. I also confirm that I have both valid motorcycle insurance and a full licence and that my motorcycle is in roadworthy condition.

I understand that I will not be entitled to a refund of the training fee paid, should I decide to cancel the training course within one week of the date of the training course (minimum notice of two weeks applies for intensive courses).  I also understand that GRS have the right to refuse training if I am not wearing suitable protective clothing, including suitable motorcycle gloves (if in any doubt, please ring GRS to discuss).
